Pricing · Published in full · No quote calls
No "talk to sales." No monthly floor billing you while the park is closed. No meter running on every booking. This page is the whole pricing story.
$299 flat, per season
For seasonal parks with up to 40 sites. Covers your whole operating season — open to close.
$49 flat, per month
For parks that never close, up to 40 sites. The same software, the same flat promise — no meters, ever.
Card payments run through your own Stripe account; Stripe's standard card processing fees are Stripe's, and they're the only per-transaction cost in the whole setup. ParkByHand adds nothing on top — no booking fee, no percentage, no guest fee.
For a park of about 30 sites, here is the honest comparison owners ask us for. Rival figures are from public pricing pages and owner reports, checked October 2026 — rivals change their prices, so confirm before you switch, including ours.
| System | How it charges | Rough yearly cost, 30-site seasonal park |
|---|---|---|
| ParkByHand | Flat per season, nothing per booking | $299 |
| Campspot | Monthly software fee plus per-reservation charges | ≈ $1,600–$2,800 per year, as owners report it |
| RoverPass | Monthly fee plus per-booking charges | ≈ $3,500 per year, as owners report it |
| Campground Master | One-time desktop license ($795) | $795 once — but it's desktop software: no real online booking page for your guests |
The desktop license is the one honest rival on price — if you don't need guests booking online, it may be all you need. If you do need online booking, the cloud systems meter it. We don't.
There is no marketplace or listing site sending you guests, no dynamic pricing changing your rates, no cash-register point-of-sale, no running of multiple parks from one account, and no texting (SMS) in the base price — guest email is what's included. Support is same-day human answers in season, not a 24/7 phone line. We list these here so the price is the only surprise: there isn't one.
$299 for the season. Up to 40 sites. Every booking $0.
